You have just to give directly the frequency (02395000) and 00000000 for offset.
In this case you don't use down converter, but you need LNA between dish and S2-1600.

HamTV is transmitting continuously . Just change frequency or symbol rate each sunday for the moment.
Camera is shut off, so Video is just a black picture.
But you can use Tutioune to see the RF level, constellations and MER changing, and see the TS Led going Green to show you are receiving packets from Transport Stream so could decode video and audio .
