Hardware Incompatible, we quit

Here i am again with the Hardware Incompatible.
I have stored my Minitiouner Pro2 as i was waiting for the Box and for the Display.
Today i have received the Box and the Display and i wanted to assembly.
I have plugged the Minitiouner into the USB port, the one nearest the NIM,
connected the Dish to the Upper connection of the NIM and gave the 12V.
Tried to run the program MiniTioune_V0_9beta8_9.exe but nothing happens.
After a couple of seconds i get the warning "Incompatible Hardware, we quit"
I click on the "OK" of the warning window, it closes the Warning window and
after a couple of seconds i see a flash of the program that opens and closes.
I have also tried to connect the Display but not even it ligth's up.
Am i missing something or i got again problems with the Minitiouner?
I have also tried to run the program CheckMiniTiouneDriverAndFilters_V0_5a.exe
and run all the checking that gave me all positive results.
Please any help will be really appreciated.

as usual, I can say nothing if you don't give the screen capture of what says "TestMyMiniTiouner" ( the beginning of what is written in the white panel).

First test to do also is to discard all other USB hardware you have plugged in your computer, plug ONLY the Minitiouner and try Minitioune: there can be an incompatibility with another hardware.

I have the same issue. I run the FTProg and installed a "using NIM tuner" template. Now I got this "hardwer incompatible" error...I attach a snapshot. Could you advise please.

Soulution found!
I use DATV-Express MiniTuioune. I had to use FTProg and download default template again. Now it works fine.
