Hi,
I tried to run on the same software V.0.9.9.1.h on which I have running the original minitiouner since years to run a new ELAD e-tiouner. The software on the PC comes up with the same look an feel , but the setting buttons for the power supply of the LNB´s is grey and cannot be set. Even by supplying via a Bias-T with 18V to the LNB, there is no RX-signal coming in.
What´s the difference to the former Minitiouner I bought in the DARC shop.

Hello,
I don't know, if the problem actually exists. I solved it by taking off the jumper from one channel inside the housing. So 0 Volt are at output. Then I took a bias-T to provide the 18V to the LNB. It works.
