Hello,
there are different possibilities:
- bad USB port or USB cable. if these are the same that you use with the Samsung NIM, I don't think it is this issue, but check the USB connection again, or try another USB plug in your PC
- bad contact with some pins of the NIM, specially the SDA and SCL pins(21 and 22) . Check also that pin 24 has 3.3v
- noise on the SDA /SCL lines or a too large capacitor has been put on these lines ( if we put a capacitor, it must be of few pF)
TestMyMinitiouner try to detect the NIM by asking values via I2C lines (SDA and SCL), it should have an answer only using $D2 address and You seems to have different answers so I presume that you have noise or bad contact on your I2C lines.
If you have a big capacitor on one of these lines, take it away, if you don't have any capacitor and are sure that the SDA/SCL contact are very good, try to add a little capacitor of 10 or 22 pF between these lines and the ground.
