No, Tutioune (or Minitioune) works only with STmicroelectronics chips like demod STB0899, STV0903, STV0913, STV0900, STV0910.
so you can use Technotrend PCI cards like TT S2-1600 or TT S2-3200

Today, the best solution is to build a MiniTiouner that offers more and more possibilities. ( last version can receive from 144MHz up to 2450 MHz without any converter)
