Your screen will staty gey until you will receive enough continued packets to decode a picture.
But If I see you TiouneDataGraphic on your TiouneMonitor, RF level grow high enough, but MER stay low.
You need almost 4 or 5 dB of MER to decode packets and if I look at the graph your MER stay below 2 dB ( max 1.36 dB)

MER is Good but this is not a DVB signal, you don't have any lock on frequency and SR, no FEC detected ... I suppose this just a tune with just a carrier...

MER is digital noise (S/N) . You can have difficulties to decode HamTV, even with good RF signal, if you have too much noise.
That can be Phase noise. If you don't use a down converter with very low phase noise, you could have good RF level but bad MER due to phase noise.

my downcoverter no is good? this is equipment is recommend for hamtv iss specifications downconverter is -100db noise phase...any more solution? thanks
