Version number incorect

I have downloaded and installed instal tutioune1600v0_3a_en.zip
from the website but when i run the program it says Version 0.2c in
the Header of the program,I am using a pci card TT S2-1600,
Is this correct or has the wrong version been put into the zip file ?
