Here are the new version
Tested with WIN7 32 bits and WIN7 64 bits

You just need to have installed the SAA7146a driver (32bits or 64 bits version) - same as Tutioune use.

NPM v0.8 01_2014.zip

you can edit the NPM.ini file to give your preferred presets.
